Agile Marketing Manager

Description:

Develop traditional and digital marketing strategies. Manage a team of marketing researchers, analysts and associates to design, develop and implement innovative Agile marketing campaigns using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The marketing campaign mediums include: Digital, Print, Radio and Television.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (MBA in Marketing preferred)
10+ years Marketing experience covering all channels
5+ years of Marketing Management experience
2+ years of Digital Marketing experience
3+ years of Agile experience
2+ years of Tableau or Power BI experience

SAFe® Business Agility Consultant

Description:

Consult, coach and train in the following roles: Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Product Manager, Release Train Engineer, Agile Product Manager, Lean Portfolio Manager and Epic Owner for clients in all industries. Implement APMOs and LACEs. Perform Management Consultant responsibilities in the delivery of SAFe programs and portfolios.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
3+ years of SAFe experience including a Leadership or Program/Portfolio level role (APMO, LACE, RTE, PM, Epic Owner)
10+ years of Leadership experience
5+ years of Management Consulting experience (2+ at a top consulting firm)
5+ years of Agile experience
