Sharon Bussey

Sharon Bussey is the Managing Director, Business Transformation Leader, and Lead Instructor at BTII Institute/BTII Global. Sharon is a Strategy, Process and Technology executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience primarily in Strategic Planning, Human Resources, Process Improvement, and Technology. Sharon holds an MBA in Marketing and Operations from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and an MS in Computer Science from Pace University. Sharon's certifications include PMI-ACP, PMP, SPC. Sharon has held roles including Lean Portfolio Manager, Business Tranformation Leader, Release Train Engineer, and Epic Owner. Prior to BTII, Sharon was the Director and Lead of Business Technology & Organizational Process Alignment for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. In this role she led teams of 100+ Senior Managers, Managers, and technology professionals to develop and deliver highly innovative and effective solutions during one of Pfizer's greatest growth periods. She conceived, led and successfully delivered many high value solutions in areas including Executive Dashboards, Employee Performance Management Systems, PMOs, Workflow, Marketing, Market Analytics, and Vendor Management using Agile and Hybrid methodologies. Prior to Pfizer, Sharon led large Healthcare and Government process reengineering and technology initiatives at Deloitte Consulting. Prior to Deloitte, Sharon was a Director in NYC Government leading process & technology projects.
